Sarett Nature Center, Michigan

There was a wonderful chilly solitude...

Lake Michigan Winter

We are experiencing  a brutal midwestern winter which has affected most of the country. We have been in a deep freeze the last several days. Wednesday the temperatures broke into the teens from sub zero. It felt like a heatwave so I took advantage of the 'nice' weather, bundled up and took a stroll along the magnificent shore in Saint Joseph, Michigan.
